Hints of earth and spices
soft aromas of blue berries
The 1997 Cinq Cepages is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and the balance Merlot
The concentration remains remarkable
most delicate portion of the must
Domaine Dupont Calvados Fine Reserve (750ml) Size:750ml Hints of earth and spicesThe Fine Reserve is aged 3 years in oak barrels, with 50% of new oak. Clear and brilliant golden yellow in the glass with bright aromas of apple, pear, vanilla, and citrus with a hint of earthiness. Fruity aromas continue on the palate with more vanilla and dried fruits. My favorite affordable calvados is probably Domaine Dupont Calvados Fine Reserve,,an irresistibly fresh aroma, an intense apple taste and a buttery finish. Jason Wilson Washington
