This is very good Cava and an excellent value

enjoyable all by itself

I found this to be one of the more backward wines of the 2000 vintage and gave it a window of maturity of 2015-2040 when I reviewed it in 2003

The delicate and complex character of the 12 Year Old derives from the height and width of stills at The Glenlivet Distillery

I don't know if I prefer it over the '07 or '10
