Simply stir 2 tsp of spice into 2 3 dl of cream, bring to the boil and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Finally, add 1 2 tsp of cornflour and the same amount of water if you want to thicken the sauce. The hunter's spice also goes very well with venison stew. 80 ml of spice and mushroom per jar.
