After 9 to 12 months of maturation in American oak barrels, it has a deep ruby red colour and aromas of ripe fruit, plums, red berries, toast and a hint of menthol. The taste is powerful and fresh, with a perfect balance between fruity and wood matured notes. Ideal with roast chicken, turkey or pasta. Serve at 14 18C for the best experience. Alcohol percentage: 12. 5%.
