It was Manuel Ravento who, in 1982, left his position as president of Codorniu to embark on a new adventure. He wanted to produce the best Cavas in Spain on a small scale, and he more than succeeded. With great courage and love, he and his father, Jodep Maria, sought out the best vineyards and climates to vinify their Cavas. Today, that love has grown, and all
