Yuzu The lemongrass is delicately infusedMy yuzu marmalade has been elaborated with citruses of my cultivation. Native of Japan, yuzu looks like a little grapefruit, its skin is thick and a bit bumpy. This citrus evolves a lot during its maturation : green at the beggining of the season, it end up yellow orange. Between a lemon and a tangerine, yuzu is a very precious and unique citrus that offers a lot of different flavours. You will find fresh notes of tangerine, green lime and grapefruit
